    Saeid Sadeghnejad received his BSs. from the Sharif University of Technology in 2004 and his MSc and PhD degrees in Petroleum Engineering from the same university in 2006 and 2011, respectively. from 2005 to 2009. He started working as a reservoir engineer at different aspects of petroleum engineering including, field development plans (MDP), core analysis (CCAL SCAL), etc. Moreover, from 2009 to 2014, Saeid served as the head of MAPSA technology center (MTC) in Iran and engaged in developing upstream petroleum software packages. He is currently an assistant professor of petroleum engineering at Tarbiat Modares University (TMU), Iran. Saeid is currently the head of department of petroleum engineering at TMU. He received the Alexander von Humboldt fellowship for experienced researchers at the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz, Germany in 2020.
