فاطمه رهبری زاده در سال 1375 مدرک کارشناسی علوم آزمایشگاهی را از دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران گرفت. وی مدرک کارشناسی ارشد (1379) و دکترا (1384) بیوشیمی بالینی‌اش را از دانشکده پزشکی دانشگاه تربیت مدرس و در سال 1394 فوق دکتری نانومدیسین و انتقال دارو از دانشکده داروسازی کوپنهاگ کشور دانمارک اخذ کرده است. او از سال 1384 در دانشگاه تربیت مدرس، دانشکده پزشکی، گروه بیوتکنولوژی پزشکی مشغول به کار است. وی در حال حاضر رئیس مرکز تحقیقات و توسعه زیست‌فناوری دانشگاه تربیت مدرس می‌باشد. گروه تحقیقاتی وی از 12 محقق شامل 10 دانشجوی دکتری و دو نفر فوق دکتری تشکیل‌شده است. دکتر فاطمه رهبری زاده مجری و مسئول چندین طرح ملی در زمینه درمان CAR T cell Therapy، ایمنوبیوتکنولوژی و نانومدیسین است و دارای بیشتر از90 مقاله، سه کتاب و 15 ثبت اختراع ملی و 1 ثبت اختراع بین‌المللی می باشد. تاکنون 14 جایزه ملی و بین‌المللی گرفته است و عضو انجمن‌های بیوشیمی، بیوتکنولوژی، ژنتیک، اخلاق در علم و فناوری و نیز عضو فعال (no 365307) انجمن تحقیقات سرطان امریکا (AACR) می‌باشد.

The ability of CRISPR/Cas9 to mutate any desired genomic locus is being increasingly explored in the emerging area of cancer immunotherapy. In this respect, current efforts are mostly focused on the use of autologous (i.e. patient-derived) T cells. The autologous approach, however, has drawbacks in terms of manufacturing time, cost, feasibility and scalability that can affect therapeutic outcome or wider clinical application. Abstract

Progressive myoclonus epilepsies (PMEs) are a group of disorders embracing myoclonus, seizures, and neurological dysfunctions. Because of the genetic and clinical heterogeneity, a large proportion of PMEs cases have remained molecularly undiagnosed. The present study aimed to determine the underlying genetic factors that contribute to the PME phenotype in an Iranian female patient. We describe a consanguineous Iranian family with autosomal recessive PME that had remained undiagnosed despite extensive genetic and pathological tests. After performing neuroimaging and clinical examinations, due to heterogeneity of PMEs, the proband was subjected to paired-end whole-exome sequencing and the candidate variant was confirmed by Sanger sequencing.

Chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapy has so far proved itself as a reliable therapeutic option for the treatment of relapsed/refractory (R/R) B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), multiple myeloma (MM), and mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). Objective: The purpose of this study was to develop multivalent antibody constructs via grafting anti-HER2 antibodies, including Herceptin and oligoclonal-variable domain of heavy chain antibodies (VHHs), onto liposome membranes to enhance antibody activity and compare their effect on phospholipase C (PLC) signaling pathway with control.
