    با سلام در دانشگاه صنعت نفت فارغ تحصیل شدم و کارشناسی ارشدرا در رشته مدیریت صنعتی در دانشگاه تربیت مدرس اخذ نمودم .دکتری خود را در خرداد سال 1383در دانشگاه تربیت مدرس گرفتم . اکنون عضو هیات علمی گروه مدیریت صنعتی هستم و زمینه های تحقیقاتی در حوزه شبیه سازی و هوش مصنوعی در کسب و کار می باشد. در حوزه بهره وری و فرایندهای کسب و کار پروژه های تحقیقاتی و کاربردی متفاوتی را انجام داده ام.

    Abstract

    This study sought to construct a model for selecting green suppliers. The study was conducted in three phases: in phase 1, the literature was reviewed based on the meta-synthesis method and experts’ opinions were analyzed to create a model composed of 11 dimensions and 40 criteria for selecting green suppliers. In phase 2, intuitionistic fuzzy best-worst method was used to weight the dimensions and criteria. The most important dimension was “green image” and the most important criteria were the “environmental protection system” and a good “public image.” In phase 3, four suppliers in the field of medical equipment were assessed and ranked.     Based on a resource-based perspective, the service capabilities comprisemanagerial, organizational, marketing, and service quality components that can enhance the competitive position. Owing to the key roles these capabilities may play in isolation and independent of the performance, the current study aimed to investigate the dimensions and criteria of service capabilities in Iranian Small Enterprises (ESs) employing a combination of fuzzy AHP and fuzzy DEMATELand to analyze and delineate the intensity of relationships among them. Alarge gap in existing research on fuzzy DEMATEL weights concerns determination of weights.     Background: Although private community pharmacies are identi ed as health care facilities, they are highly affected by business management issues and different stakeholders. This study aims to identify, classify and analyze private community pharmacy stakeholders.Methods: A focus group was conducted with key informants to analyze and classify stakeholders using three-dimensional matrix.     Introduction Diabetes is a metabolic disorder in the body that is impaired by the ability to produce insulin hormone. The main purpose of the present study is to discover the hidden knowledge in the data of diabetic patients, which can assist clinicians in clustering new patients and prescribing appropriate medication according to each cluster.
