The number of theories of innovation systems has grown considerably over the past two decades and several innovation system approaches have been developed. The focus of most has been on the development of technological innovations which create economic value. However, addressing macro-level societal problems – sociotechnical and environmental challengesin which the production, dissemination and use of social and technical knowledge and technology can potentially resolve the problem – has been overlooked. The present study argues that in order to resolve such problems, a combination of technical innovations (covering the technological aspects of the problem) and social innovations (covering the social aspects of the problem) are required.
The main objective of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the use of social networks towards recruiting human resources for organizations. Through an in-depth review of the relevant literature, a questionnaire was designed and distributed among the sample and collected data were analyzed using PLS-Software. Results revealed that 50−75% of organizations use social networks in their organizations and all the identified effective factors in the use of social networks for human resources recruitment were confirmed, except for “hope for performance”. “Facilitating conditions” have the highest impact on the usage of social networks in recruiting, “Social influence” identified as one of the most important factors in pe

Innovation is considered the advantage cause for the nations in creating wealth and access to the development. Different countries have specific plans and policies to promote innovation. One of the strategies to develop high-technologies and innovation is the innovation networks approach. These networks work based on collaboration and learning. In recent decade, a considerable emphasis has been placed on learning self-organized innovation networks in different researches; nevertheless, despite such affirmation, a gap does exist for studying ways of improving and explaining the exact effects and its prerequisites. This research aims to study such gap(s) in innovation networks. Embedded case studies have been used as research methodology in t
The driver forces in environment that determine how interacting factors affect each phenomenon, have an important role in shaping the future. The aim of this paper was Identification and ranking of driver forces affecting the future status of digital media.
