    Given to the worldwide spread of Covid19 and it’s impacts on the tourism industry, from the researchers and experts perspective, the entrepreneurial strategic renewal of corporates operating in this industry to continue activities is of essential importance.     The main purpose of this article is to explore the delineating process, content, and outcome of the strategic renewal and its potential to affect the long-term prospects of organizations, and its distinctive features in corporate entrepreneurship context.
