General Information The TMU considers the application of any qualified student on the basis of the selection criteria established by the University including personal and academic merits. In order to apply to the TMU, please complete the application form and submit the completed form as well other necessary documents, via email. Upon receipt of the applicant?s official documents, the ISCO forwards a copy to the educational office with a formal letter attached. In fact, two main authorities evaluate the applications: the Office of Admission in the educational office, and the related faculty/department in the University. Admission Requirements

Note: Admission consideration is based on academic qualifications along with certificate of Persian proficiency for those applicants whose native language is not Persian. Application Form and Important Dates The ISCO advises the applicants to complete the application form of their desirable graduate program. Please complete all fields of the form according to reliable documented information.
Persian Language Learning Institutes The Persian (or Farsi) is one the ancient and important languages of the Middle East and Central Asia. All applicants are strongly advised to improve their abilities in Persian language to facilitate their stay and study in Iran and at the TMU. Therefore, the applicants are kindly requested to provide certificate of good writing and speaking skills from an accredited institution in Iran. After the final admission to the TMT, the international students will be introduced by the Iranian Ministry of Science, Research and Technology (MSRT) to the accredited institutions to pass 6-months Persian course. Two main institutions which are accredited and available for international students are:
Visa
Student visa is issued for international students who intend to study in Iran. After approval of the MSRT and final allowance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, all full-time admitted students are eligible to obtain the student visa.
Tuition Fees and Scholarship
The university tuition fees and other costs are determined and announced annually. Therefore, the tuition fees shown below may be trivially changed, and not be considered as final values.
Note: The above tuition fees for M.Sc./M.A. international students are considered for 4 academic semesters, while Ph.D. tuition fees are considered for 8 academic semesters. Annual costs of stay at the TMU
In addition to above expenses, international students are kindly requested to provide necessary financial supports for their daily living costs such as transportation, food, and other personal living expenses.
