Title of Thesis: Classification, Similarity analysis and modeling of drug activities: Introduction of classical relativity in chemical space.
o Sabbatical Leave: University of Bern, Faculty of Chemistry and Biochemistry, Bern, Switzerland. Nov 2011- May 2012. Member of research group of Professor J.-L. Reymond. Developed a JAVA program to implement a novel concept for searching chemical space using GDB-13 (a space comprising ~9.8×108 small organic molecules with up to 13 atoms of C, N, O, S and Cl developed following simple chemical stability and synthetic feasibility rules).
