In the framework of the joint FAO-ULRP project “Integrated Programmes for Sustainable Water Resources Management in Urmia Lake Basin,” the Water Engineering Research Institute of Tarbiat Modares University (WERI) will develop crop map of agricultural lands in the Urmia Lake basin.

Supported by FAO, WERI will develop detailed methodology and produce the crop map for the water year 2019, after conducting intensive filed sampling.
