The Customer – Relation Management (CRM) Excellence Iran Award:

Goals:

  • Providing a competitive space to improve CRM,
  • Encouraging the organizations for self–evaluation and determining their strengths and weak points on CRM,
  • Providing the required environment to exchange experiences of successful organizations in CRM field,

Liable rage:

All Iranian organizations and agencies act in various fields of CRM

 

Components and organization

The main components of the CRM Excellence Award are as follows:

  • Leadership committee,
  • Scientific committee,
  • Referee committee,
  • Plan executer,

The project consists of 9 phases:

1. Determining the reasons of the need to CRM national excellence reward (need- assessment),

2. Determining the future perspective, mission statement and the goals of CRM national excellence reward,

3. Determining the liable range of CRM national excellence reward,

 4. Choosing the main components and organization of CRM national excellence reward and specifying their duties,

 5. Determining the qualifications and skills of the evaluators of CRM national excellence reward,

 6. Specifying the criteria and regulations for evaluating CRM national excellence reward plan,

7. Specifying licenses and statues according to Excellency levels,

 8. Scheduling the annual activities of CRM national excellence reward,

 9. Determining the general provisions,
