Introduction

Department of Agricultural Entomology offers graduate study leading to the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees.
The Department provides opportunities for students to obtain M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in both applied and basic areas that include Population Dynamics, Physiology, Biological Control, Integrated Pest Management, Economic Entomology, Systematics, Phylogenetic and Toxicology.
The close working relationship between the department and faculty members of other universities and Plant Pests and Diseases Research Institute, provides many opportunities for research and on salutation.
Some students carry out their entire research program under the direction of the mentioned institute or other university members.
The size of the department facilitates a free interchange of ideas and assistance among disciplines and department.
