Economic Research Center, shortly ERC was formally established in 1989 with the aim of promoting fundamental, developmental and applied research in the area of economics and the related contexts in the name of Economic Research Institute and after a decade by getting the license from the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology in 1998 upgraded to a research center and presently through its five approved research departments has taken huge steps in offering research services which are as follows:
Accomplishing 180 research projects
Holding 40 national conferences
Publishing 45 volumes of books which are specifically used for postgraduate students
Publishing 30 issues of the Scientific Journal of Economic Research
