Director of Education


    The Department of Education is one of the more active departments within Academic Affairs which has the following responsibilities and functions.  These functions fall under the two subcategories of: A) Management and Planning, and B) Student Affairs.


A)  Management and Planning

•     Supervising the enactment of school regulations.

•    Preparation and compilation of instructions and educational standards.

•    Evaluating and updating instructions and educational standards.

•    Conducting graduation ceremonies and opening ceremonies at the beginning of each academic year.

•    Performing academic affairs for outstanding students (gifted students).

•    Using up-to-date computer software for the advancement of Academic Services.


B)  Student Affairs

    Carrying out student affairs, answering their questions, and giving consultation on educational rules and regulations are performed by the following offices.

•    Admissions Office:  The admissions office’s duties may be summarized in the following items.

1.  Preparing a student file, issuing a student card, and controlling the capacity for admissions.

2.  Issuing the certificate of student enrolment, and withdrawal from the university.

3.  Preparation of student records.

4.  Presenting statistics of student information.

•    Graduate Office:  The graduate office has the following three duties.

1.  Supervising programs for fields of study, organizing the academic calendar, controlling the documents for the comprehensive test of doctorate students, and doctorate degrees.

2.  Issuing: the certificate of teacher qualification, the interim temporary degree, university degrees, and transcripts of records.

3.  Preparation of reports of student’s records.
