Goals and Objectives of the Open Education Office

The Open Education Office at TMU was established in order to reach the goals set in the countries Fourth Developmental Plan.  And, it corresponds to the strategies and outlook set in this plan.  Its purpose is to provide access to further education in new ways throughout the world for talented and enthusiastic people.  This is in response to the constantly increasing demand for further education, to expand the borders of the university, to increase the educational programs, and to make better use of facilities and resources available in the university.  Various educational programs in line with the needs of the day have been designed for the training and further education of the working forces in administrative offices, particularly for those in industry and management.  The newest techniques in education and scientific findings have been used in order to accelerate improvement in the administrative and executive branches.
