Tarbiat Modares Nanomaterials Group is one of the excellent research programs in the field of Nanotechnology established in 2004 to train outstanding graduate students in Master (Nanomaterials) and PhD (Nanomaterials and Nanoelectronics) levels.

An assortment of software and hardware facilities from three major university departments in the fields of Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical and Electrical Engineering brought an interesting environment for studying in advanced various fields of nanotechnology.
