    Journal PaperJournal of Industrial Management Perspective , Volume 11 , Issue 1, Spring 2021, 2021 March 21, {Pages 33-52 }

    Abstract

    The purpose of this study was to develop an agent based model that could simulate the steel supply chain and estimate its production and consumption, taking into account the key factors of the steel industry. The approach of the present study is mixed (quantitative and qualitative). In the first part of the research (qualitative), the agents of the steel chain consumption model were obtained through interviews with experts using thematic analysis method. In the second part of the research (quantitative), a questionnaire was used to survey the causal relationships of the factors extracted from the interviews and the thematic analysis method, and then the relationship model was tested by the DEMATEL method. Finally, by using AnyLogic software

    Abstract

    Target: Different, conflicting and controversial views on the development of the country, including the implementation of resilient economy, the relationship with the West or the disruption of relations with the West, relations with Arab countries and the strengthening of relations with neighboring countries or the disruption of relations with them. The sanctions, the uncertainty of the global oil price, the fluctuations in the exchange rate, the inflation rate, etc., have prevented a coherent and strategic decision and led to multiple uncertainties in the choosing of strategic partners in the oil industry. According to the importance of aforementioned contents, the research goal is to provide a comprehensive framework for understanding and

    Journal PaperJournal of Executive Management University of Mazandaran , Volume 12 , Issue 24, 2021 January , {Pages }

    Abstract

    Today, various researchers have studied small businesses from a market perspective and shown their specific relationship to place, although they have not analyzed intellectual capital (Kolk et al., 2013; London et al., 2010). Some researchers are also theoretical, despite examining small businesses (Schoar, 2010) and also used in handicrafts (Toledo-L َpez et al., 2012), Small manufacturing companies (F-Jardon & Pagani, 2016; Toledo, 2010) or small service centers (Kirkwood, 2009), place-based factors have not been examined in terms of their competitiveness. Small businesses offer a specific decision model, which is strongly influenced by place and is likely to affect place-based competitiveness (Eijdenberg et al., 2017). Various aspects o

    Adel Azar
    Journal PaperOrganizational Resources Management Researchs , Volume 10 , Issue 3, 2021 January 10, {Pages 23-Jan }

    Abstract

    Survival and their success depends on the existence of appropriate staff at the appropriate time. Succession planning is a systematic and purposeful endeavor in an organization to ensure the continuity of staff effectiveness in key positions and maintain and develop intellectual capital for the future and encourage individual development. The purpose of this study is to identify effective indicators and design of succession-succession model based on indigenous knowledge of knowledge-based organizations. Data from the collection of information from the subsidiary organizations is one of the ministries. In this study, two questionnaires were used in two dimensions: current situation and desirable situation and AHP questionnaire to weigh the c

    Journal PaperJournal of Management Analytics , 2021 February 12, {Pages 26-Jan }

    Abstract

    This study sought to construct a model for selecting green suppliers. The study was conducted in three phases: in phase 1, the literature was reviewed based on the meta-synthesis method and experts’ opinions were analyzed to create a model composed of 11 dimensions and 40 criteria for selecting green suppliers. In phase 2, intuitionistic fuzzy best-worst method was used to weight the dimensions and criteria. The most important dimension was “green image” and the most important criteria were the “environmental protection system” and a good “public image.” In phase 3, four suppliers in the field of medical equipment were assessed and ranked. The study proposed a framework for selecting green supplier selection (GSC) and could pr

    An Optimization Model for Perishable Products Pricing (Case of OK chain store)

    Journal PaperOrganizational Resources Management Researchs , Volume 10 , Issue 4, 2021 March 10, {Pages 81-102 }

    Abstract

    Pricing as a basis of revenue management can ensure the maximum expected profit of any business if managed effectively. In competitive markets of perishable products, the prices are vitally set in a dynamic manner according to the product life cycle by different discounts or price recovery strategies. Consequently this study develops an optimization model on dynamic pricing with the aim of maximizing revenue and diminishing the related costs. Considering the product freshness and its impact on demand, the model determines the pricing policy including the increasing or decreasing rate of the price during the sales horizon consist of several time periods equal to the product life cycle. Moreover, replenishment and inventory costs are incorpor

    Journal PaperHuman Resource Management in The Oil Industry , Volume 12 , Issue 47, 2021 June 10, {Pages 21-Feb }

    Abstract

    One of the methods used to measure and evaluate employees is the assessment center. Assessment centers usually have good validity at the instrumental level, but have weaknesses at the summation level. This research seeks to provide a fuzzy system for estimating AC final scores based on competency, intelligence and personality scores by modeling mentality of experts in this field. For this purpose, the data of the assessment center and expert’s opinion have collected and finally a model has been presented to combine these three categories of concepts. The developed model has three sets of trapezoidal fuzzy numbers and 27 rules. In order to validate this model, the data of 116 managers of the country and the simulation of Monte Carlo were u

This study aimed to fill the existing research gap in the field of platform business model and provide a comprehensive framework for developing business models tailored to the needs and specifications of the platforms. So, literature systematic review and me

    Abstract

    One of the strategic parts of the health system is the blood supply chain. Blood is known as a vital and key issue with a sharply increasing demand for which over an earthquake. Sufficient blood supply, particularly in emergencies, is a major challenge. Properly locating the blood donation centers plays a significant role in supply management. In the present paper, the problem of routing-locating of the blood products supply chain in the event of an earthquake crisis has been reviewed, considering the magnitude of the earthquake (Richter) (case study: Tehran city). The objectives of this paper include minimization of the costs and time of sending blood products, location of blood collection centers and temporary treatment centers, as well a

    Journal PaperThe Journal of Productivity Management , Volume 15 , Issue 1 (56) Spring, 2021 March 21, {Pages 23-53 }

    Abstract

    Based on a resource-based perspective, the service capabilities comprisemanagerial, organizational, marketing, and service quality components that can enhance the competitive position. Owing to the key roles these capabilities may play in isolation and independent of the performance, the current study aimed to investigate the dimensions and criteria of service capabilities in Iranian Small Enterprises (ESs) employing a combination of fuzzy AHP and fuzzy DEMATELand to analyze and delineate the intensity of relationships among them. Alarge gap in existing research on fuzzy DEMATEL weights concerns determination of weights. Hence, the present five-phase study set out to bridge this gap by proposing an innovative approach to determine weights.
