Ebrahim Roumina is an Associate professor of political geography Geopolitics. He is an intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated and national planner with over 13 years experience. His research is in national and regional level. Part of his research is in the geopolitics and geostrategic field of southwest Asia, that the lives of millions of people on Earth depend on the resources there. His approach to geographical studies is humanism.
From the end of 2019, the world has faced with instability resulted from Corona Virus (COVID-19) pandemic (WTO.(1), 2020); a fatal and destructive virus which can have many lessons for the vulnerable world. The virus has spread to the entire world and has affected all of the states of the world which have affected by complicated and interwoven economic, social and spatial actions.
In spite of presenting some new insights and relevant critiques on traditional geopolitics, it seems that critical geopolitics is reductionist and consequently is not capable of explanation of current geopolitical situation at the global scale. Roots of this reductionism should be explored in philosophical foundations of critical geopolitics. Considering some of its main arguments and concepts, including positionality, situated-ness, and partiality, critical geopolitics is a poststructuralist and postmodern approach. Aims & Backgrounds Political managers of geographical space at the township level are bound to formulate strategic plans in order to carry out their duties. What that makes the presentation of the strategic plan necessary is derived from political management duties of geographical space at the regional level to achieving the regional aims. The general aim of this research was to presentation the strategic plan for the political management of the geographical space of Eslamshahr Township. The minor aims of the research include identifying the strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of Eslamshahr Township as well as designing the most appropriate strategies for managing Eslamshahr Township.

Aims The purpose of this article is to examine the impact of local and sustainable structures on Baloch political-social activities in Iran. The function and the authority of a local government is in the area that is directly related to the people of that particular area. Since decision making about the citizens requires specialization, local decision makers should have certain qualifications and expertise in order to be be effective. Otherwise they will be dysfunctional and the area under their jurisdiction will face serious problems.
