This study sought to construct a model for selecting green suppliers. The study was conducted in three phases: in phase 1, the literature was reviewed based on the meta-synthesis method and experts’ opinions were analyzed to create a model composed of 11 dimensions and 40 criteria for selecting green suppliers. In phase 2, intuitionistic fuzzy best-worst method was used to weight the dimensions and criteria. The most important dimension was “green image” and the most important criteria were the “environmental protection system” and a good “public image.” In phase 3, four suppliers in the field of medical equipment were assessed and ranked. The study proposed a framework for selecting green supplier selection (GSC) and could pr
PurposeThis study aims to present a systematic review of smart tourism articles using a meta-synthesis method. Effective systematic reviews are essential for assisting stakeholders in implementing smart destinations. A systematic comprehension of studies on smart tourism is needed regarding the various components of smart tourism destinations, the metrics to map these components and their expected results. This study creates a framework for understanding how smart tourism destinations are theorized and developed.Design/methodology/approachBased on the meta-synthesis approach, this study collects, analyzes and synthesizes relevant research in smart tourism published in online databases by following a predetermined review protocol.FindingsThi

Dynamic business and IT alignment can be achieved by viable IT governance in the ever-changing environment by the VSM approach. A methodolog
In today's world, with increasing environmental awareness, firms are facing severe pressure from various stakeholders, including the government and customers, to reduce their harmful effects on the environment. Over the past few decades, the increasing effects of global warming, climate change, waste, and air pollution have increased the global attention of experts to the issue of the green supply chain and led them to the optimal solution for greenery. Green supply chain management (GSCM) plays an important role in motivating the sustainability of the organization. With increasing environmental concerns, the main objective of the research is to use system thinking methodology and Vensim software for designing a dynamic system model for gre
Based on a resource-based perspective, the service capabilities comprisemanagerial, organizational, marketing, and service quality components that can enhance the competitive position. Owing to the key roles these capabilities may play in isolation and independent of the performance, the current study aimed to investigate the dimensions and criteria of service capabilities in Iranian Small Enterprises (ESs) employing a combination of fuzzy AHP and fuzzy DEMATELand to analyze and delineate the intensity of relationships among them. Alarge gap in existing research on fuzzy DEMATEL weights concerns determination of weights. Hence, the present five-phase study set out to bridge this gap by proposing an innovative approach to determine weights.
Nowadays, developing empowering strategies based on health, safety and the environment is one of the most important issues of management in organizations. This research provides a model for the implementation of innovative green strategies model. The model contemplates four topics (e.g., social, environment, health, and safety); three organizational types (e.g. oil, gas and petrochemicals company); four strategies combined model (PESTEL, SWOT, AHP, SPACE). On this basis, 25 outsourcing strategic factors (including 13 opportunities and 12 outsourcing threats) and 21 internal factors (including 7 strengths and 14 weaknesses) were identified. Hence, the strategic elements of the outsourcing and internal have been ranked, and the most important
Background: Although private community pharmacies are identi ed as health care facilities, they are highly affected by business management issues and different stakeholders. This study aims to identify, classify and analyze private community pharmacy stakeholders. Methods: A focus group was conducted with key informants to analyze and classify stakeholders using three-dimensional matrix. Identi ed stakeholders were analyzed regarding three attributes of power, legitimacy and urgency. The results of the focus group were converted to a structured questionnaire and con rmed in several face-to-face interviews until the saturation level. Results: four main levels of relationship and eight category of stakeholders differentiated through an analysis
Introduction Diabetes is a metabolic disorder in the body that is impaired by the ability to produce insulin hormone. The main purpose of the present study is to discover the hidden knowledge in the data of diabetic patients, which can assist clinicians in clustering new patients and prescribing appropriate medication according to each cluster. Methods: In this paper, we use MR-VDBSCAN algorithm. The implementation of this algorithm is based on the map-reduce framework of Hadoop. The main idea of the research is to use local density to find the density of each point. This strategy can prevent clusters from joining at different densities. Results: The algorithm is based on the selected dataset, tested and evaluated, and the results show high

Considering the problem of funding start-ups because of their nature, some entrepreneurs developed crowdfunding in which funding is done via the Internet and social network instead of traditional methods. Crowdfunding is a complicated and dynamic phenomenon due to the fact that it has many models with distinctive characteristics, numerous stakeholders with different intentions, interdisciplinary nature, and differences in various countries due to diverse cultural, social, economic and technological conditions of such countries. In addition, studies conducted on this method are not significant in number and they have been conducted in an exploratory and partial manner so as to offer a preliminary understanding. As a result, it is necessary t
In this research, a rule-based expert system, with a graphical user interface, has been designed and implemented to measure, evaluate and provide a policy of improving mining productivity corresponding to the productivity management cycle. The expert system includes a set of rules related to how to calculate and analyze the productivity gap, and the inference engine is based on the analysis of the leading rules. Major policies are being improved based on quantitative and qualitative indicators. In order to evaluate the effective variables and to determine the relative importance of these policies, a fuzzy inference system based on expert opinions has also been implemented. To evaluate system performance, data from a gold mining complex was
Considering the problem of funding start-ups because of their nature, some entrepreneurs developed crowdfunding in which funding is done via social network. Crowdfunding is a complicated and dynamic phenomenon. In addition, studies conducted on crowdfunding are not significant in number and they have been conducted in exploratory and partial manner. As a result, it is necessary to adopt an approach capable of understanding complex dynamic phenomena so as to be able to explain a crowdfunding. The present paper designs a system dynamics model of crowdfunding for support of new Iranian knowledge-based IT startups so as to highlight the complexities and dynamics of crowdfunding. The results of model simulation suggest that the reward model will
Knowledge management is one of the new approaches in management discipline. This approach is changed with the current trends in information technology and artificial intelligence.
