Plant molecular breeding largely depends on the relationship between molecular markers and major traits. Herein, a total of 32,962 genomic simple sequence repeats (SSRs) were detected in the whole genome of chickpea with an average density of 94.93 SSRs/Mb. Chickpea chromosomes uniformity test indicated that the genomic SSRs (gSSRs) were steadily distributed across the genome. Moreover, 48,667 transcriptome sequences were analyzed and 1949 SSR-containing transcript assembly contigs (TACs) were identified. The analysis showed that di- and trinucleotide SSRs were the most frequent SSR motifs within the transcriptome sequences. Nowadays, shovels play an important role in production of open pit mines and their failures result in significant production loss and considerable increase in maintenance costs. Therefore, reliability and risk analysis can help to improve production, productivity and reduce production costs. In this study, reliability of electric cable shovel of Chadormalu iron ore mine in Iran was investigated. Failure distribution function of the subsystems whose failure information is available was provided by statistical analysis using EasyFit 5.5, Minitab 18 and the subsystems with low or unavailable failure information which was generated by experts using normal distribution function. Results: Patients were followed for 10 to 16 years. Unfortunately, all patients developed some degrees of contracture and stricture along tubularized stomach flap lumen. Contractures appeared between 6-12 months post-operatively. All patients needed regular urethral dilation in the operating room every 3-6 months. One patient needed internal urethrotomy for 2 times. All patients needed prolonged clean intermittent catheterization (CIC) regimen once urethral dilation or internal urethrotomy were performed.Conclusions: Gastro-urethroplasty for salvage of lengthy complex pelvic fracture urethral distraction disease is a technically feasible procedure but is associated with high stricture rate.
An experiment was conducted during two years of 2014 and 2015 to determine the optimum plant density of different Tarragon landraces in Iran. A factorial experiment based on a completely randomized block design with three replications was used. Factors consisted of three Tarragon landraces including Isfahan, Hamedan and Varamin and four plant densities of 6.6, 8, 10 and 13.3 Pl.m−2. Morphological, growth, yield related and essential oil traits are studied. Results showed that Isfahan population is a population with late establishment in first year but with higher branching property and leaves to stems ratio. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to acquire and document the culture of traditional use of Zebarkhan rangeland medicinal plants from Neyshabur in Razavi Khorasan province.Method: In this study, the traditional knowledge of the people about the plants was collected in free interviewing and participatory observations. Questions posed about local names, growth form, harvest methods, organ usages and properties of plants. Interviews then went on until the repeated responses confirmed the reliability and validity. This study is to simulate the rock fragmentation process with disc cutter in linear cutting machine (LCM) using the numerical method of finite element. The numerical model of rock and disc cutter was built according to the experimental settings, and then, validated with the test data. The rock model was built for Indiana Limestone as it was used in experimental study. RESULTS: Prevalence and incidence of EPS were 2.59% and 8.9 with an incidence of 0.7% patientyears, respectively. The age at start of PD in EPS patients (32.75?10.8 year) was significantly lower compared with control group (49.61?16.18 year, p= 0.0001). The mean duration of PD in EPS and control group were 2494.4?940.9 and 1890.2?598.8 days (p= 0.002). Control group had 145 episodes of peritonitis during total duration of 7686 patient months (peritonitis rate of 1/53). This was 1/26 with a total 38 episodes of peritonitis during the total duration of 997 patient months (p= 0.01) for EPS group. Supplying raw materials plays a central role in the Iran׳s crude steel plants. Iran׳s scrap recycling industry, as a major supplier of steel scraps, requires identifying and performing the efficient strategies to utilize the substantial amount of steel scrap. In this research, by designing a model and implementing the efficient strategic factors (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats), via the SWOT analysis, the appropriated strategies, SO, ST, WO and WT are determined. This model consists of four factors, 14 sub-factors and eight strategies. Since the SWOT method is unable to rank the factors and strategies, the MADM technique is applied to prioritize them. The dependency between the factors affects the priority of strategies.
Introduction: The present study investigated the relationship between personality characteristics and mental health with job satisfaction in health care centers employees.Methods: this was a cross-sectional study that performed on 200 staffs of Shahroud University of medical sciences in 2011. Sampling approach was systematic. They were asked to complete spector job satisfaction and personality traits of NEO-FFI questionnaire and Goldberg‘s general health scale. Data were analyzed by SPSS software.
