    Zahra ahmadipour was born in 1964 in Malayer, Iran .she is an Iranian politician and university professor who was the head of Cultural Heritage, Handcrafts and Tourism Organization from 2016 until 2017. She was formerly Director of administrative divisions of the Ministry of Interior for two times, first from 1997 until 2003 and second time in 2016. She was also Vice President of the Physical Education Organization from 2003 until 2005. Since 2017,she has been the head of state management training center. She is a full professor of political geography at Tarbiat Modares University.

    Abstract

    The subject of this research is the epistemological analysis of Iranian Spatial planning plans. Its The purpose is to identify, critique and present the characteristics of a desirable epistemic system for Iranian provincial planning schemes. To achieve these goals, five sampling plans of Mazandaran, North Khorasan, Khuzestan, Markazi and Hamedan were selected using designed sampling strategy. Provincial planning were identified and criticized. Finally, using the recent successful global theories and experiences, the characteristics of the desired epistemology system have been identified and tested by experts using a questionnaire.
